Good Day All,

Lords of the Ring at Emperor's Palace, and Billy the Kid became a Lord on the Night when he knocked Soon Botes down in the 10th round to win the SA Light Heavy Weight Title by way of TKO. Bruwer was giving it his all and few times in the earlyer rounds he could have finished it but did not. Both fighters was going at it hard with a low blow here and a headbutt there, but the referee kept the boxers under control. Bruwer is now with some of the top SA boxers that has held this title before, boxers like Hottie van Heerden, Mike Holt, Pierrie Fourie just to name a few of the elite and wonderful.

Some sources tell us that Daniel Bruwer will start embarking on an international journey with his first stop to be in Europe, these are all speculations so we will have to wait and see what does his trainer Mr Nick du Rant and the promotors decide where to go from here.

After the fight i had a quick chat with Bruwer and he said that he is thinking of going for bigger gold now, he say's ''When the time is right i will go for the world title there is no use stopping now''.

It was an exciting night at the Palace and with some great fights. Keep watching this space for more information on when we will be able to see Bruwer in action again.
